What is DTF?

What is UV DTF?
UV DTF, also called transparent AB film or PET DTF film, is a self adhesive transparent polymer material. Differences between DTF and UVDTF applications

Differences between DTF and UVDTF hardware and machines
DTF needs both printer and dithering machine to be used in combination, while UVDTF only needs a UVDTF printer, no dithering machine is needed.
Ink difference between DTF and UVDTF
DTF uses water-based ink, while UVDTF uses oil-based UV ink, so there are UV lamps on both sides of the UVDTF printer, which irradiate and fix the colour while printing.
Difference between DTF and UVDTF printing film
DTF printing film as long as a kind of can, but the printing film has a single-sided and double-sided, or cold tear and hot tear two kinds of difference, depending on the different needs of customers.
While UVDTF printing film has A film and B film two kinds of combination use, A film is printing film, with its own glue, glue layer is also an ink-absorbent layer, after printing, automatic laminating B film, B film is a transfer film, to B film to protect and reposting role, automatically completed by UVDTF, the middle of the process does not need to manually overlaying the film.
