What is the principle of DTF film?
The base film of DTF film is PET film, also known as polyester film. The surface is smooth and clean with good thermal stability and thermal shrinkage rate.
The PET base film includes a release layer and an ink-absorbing layer. The release layer is made of a special release resin. The coating liquid is coated on the PET base film. The thickness of the coating film will affect the completeness of the release. The ink-absorbing layer is specially designed to allow ink to adhere to the film, locking the ink dots without ink accumulation or bleeding, ensuring the vividness of the inkjet pattern.

Transfer Steps
1. DTF Ink + DTF Film
2. Use a printer to print print your design on dtf film
3. Apply DTF Powder
4. Heat the Film （130℃-145℃，2-3min）
5. Pressing (140℃-150℃, 8s-10s)
6. Peel off the filmafter 10-15 seconds
