What is UV DTF?
UV DTF, also known as UV transfer sticker, uses a UV flatbed printer to print white ink, varnish, etc. layer by layer on a UV film with adhesive backing, then covers the transfer sticker, and finally uses the sticker to transfer the pattern to the surface of the object.
UV DTF can be pasted as you like, and it can be used after being torn off. It is convenient and fast, and solves the problem of printing irregular shapes.

UV DTF production process
1. UV DTF is divided into A and B films, and A film is printed first;
2. Use tape to fix the laid A film on the flat plate to prevent the edge from curling up and scratching the printer nozzle;
3. After printing A film, cover B film and cut. First tear off the A film base film and stick it on the surface of the object, then tear off the B film to complete the production;
4. In addition to good pattern effects, UV DTF also has the characteristics of tearing film to retain images and texts, scratch resistance, weather resistance, easy to paste, environmental protection, good 3D texture, waterproof and wear-resistant, colorful, and wide range of use.
UV DTF Applicable Materials
1. It is recommended to apply UV DTF to hard and smooth materials, such as packaging boxes, tea cans, paper cups, notebooks, tin cans and aluminum boxes, plastics, stainless steel, and ceramics.
2. It is not recommended to apply it to soft materials, such as cloth, leather, silicone, tempered glass, glazed ceramics, or rough frosted product surfaces. Although it can be applied, the firmness and durability will be greatly reduced.
