What are the requirements of DTF printer for the working environment?

White ink DTF printers have very high requirements for the environment. If you are not careful, the nozzle or other parts will be damaged. So how should you correctly maintain the working environment of white ink DTF printers?
1. The working environment temperature of white ink DTF printers should be 25-30 ℃; the humidity should be 40%-70%. Please place the machine in a suitable space.
2. The workroom of white ink DTF printers should be clean and dust-free. We suggest that DTF printers should never be used in storefronts that are not isolated and closed to avoid nozzle blockage and dust affecting the printing layer of materials and inks.
3. The working environment of DTF printers should pay attention to moisture-proof, close doors and windows and other vents in the morning and evening to prevent external moisture from being sucked into the room. Be careful not to ventilate on cloudy days, rainy days, and after heavy rain in summer, which will bring a lot of moisture into the room.
4. White ink DTF printers should be effectively grounded to prevent the generation of static electricity.
5. Do not place anything on the DTF printer rack, especially liquids.

Daily maintenance of parts
The normal operation of DTF printers is inseparable from the cooperation of thousands of small accessories. We must do regular maintenance and cleaning to keep it in the best working condition in order to print high-quality products.

1. Nozzle protection
If the equipment is not used for more than three days, please keep the nozzle moisturized to prevent drying and clogging.
It is recommended that you clean the print head once a week, observe whether there are any debris on the surface and around the nozzle that needs to be cleaned, move the trolley to the cleaning position, and use a cotton swab with flushing liquid to clean the dirty waste ink near the print head; or use a clean non-woven cloth dipped in flushing liquid or distilled water to remove dirt on the print head.
2. Motion system maintenance
Regularly add grease to the gears.
Note: Adding an appropriate amount of grease to the long belt of the trolley motor can effectively reduce the working noise of the machine!
3. Platform maintenance
Keep the workbench free of dust, ink, and debris to prevent scratching the print head.
4. Cleaning and maintenance
Check the cleanliness of the guide rails, scrapers, and gratings at least once a week. If there are any debris, clean and remove them in time.
5. Ink cartridge maintenance
In daily use, please tighten the cap immediately after filling the ink to prevent dust from entering.
Note: Used ink may clump on the ink cartridge and the bottom of the cartridge, which may block the ink flow. Please clean the ink cartridge and the used ink cartridge regularly every three months.
