DTF film is widely welcomed by customers for its no need for plate making, easy operation, no need for printing, and short production cycle.
DTF thermal transfer is to output the pattern to be hot-stamped with an inkjet printer, and then print it on the clothes through a thermal transfer machine. The usage is as follows:
1. The surface with ink-absorbing coating is the printing surface.
2. Handle with care, and pay attention to anti-scratch ink-absorbing coating.
3. Bake for 40~90 seconds after printing (adjust the appropriate temperature according to the performance of hot melt powder).
4. Choose 60~80 mesh hot melt powder to achieve instant tearing, 100~150 mesh hot melt powder is recommended to be warm or cold, and hot melt powder above 150 mesh is recommended to be cold.
5. Store in a dry place and pay attention to moisture-proof.
Pay attention to details when operating DTF film
1. Whether to open the account printing platform for heating depends on the production environment (temperature and humidity).
2. Shake the powder lightly, depending on the state of the hot melt powder (TPU hot melt powder). .
3. Shake the powder and dry it at about 125 degrees.
4. Press the temperature at about 150 degrees, the pressure is about 4 kg, and the time is about 5 seconds.
5. Tear it off as quickly as possible. Slow tearing may cause the edge to curl (tear the film in seconds).
6. If the printed film is not used immediately, try to seal it and store it. If it is found to be damp, it can be baked before use, which will not affect the use.
