DTF hot and cold tear universal digital printing film operation process description

Operation process:
1. Use the printing software of the DTF Film machine to print out the picture. This kind of DTF Film must be equipped with at least two nozzles, one nozzle sprays white ink and one nozzle sprays color ink. There are also four nozzles, two white ink and two color ink, which are fast, but the accuracy will be slightly reduced. During the printing process, the printer first prints the color picture on the special release printing film, and then prints a layer of white ink on the color picture.

2. Sprinkle hot melt powder. Sprinkle a layer of hot melt powder on the white ink. After sprinkling, a layer of hot melt powder will stick to the white ink. The blank area should be shaken clean. The machine will have a shaking action, so some people call this heat transfer process shaking powder heat transfer. Finally, bake the powder in the oven to dry it, the temperature is about 110 degrees.

3. Use a heat transfer machine to transfer the picture to clothes or other products.
